Rudolph Xavier Mirander is a Jamaican cyclist who represented Jamaica at the 1972 and 1976 Summer Olympics. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Mirander became one of the country’s top cyclists, excelling in both track and road events. His international career began with his participation in the 1972 Munich Olympics, where he competed in the individual road race but did not finish. He returned to the Olympics in 1976 in Montreal, where he competed in the track cycling sprint event, finishing third in his heat.

In addition to his Olympic participation, Mirander had success at regional competitions. He won a silver medal in the 1000m match sprint at the 1974 Commonwealth Games in Christchurch, New Zealand, and a gold medal in the 1000m time trial at the 1974 Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo, establishing himself as a key figure in Jamaican cycling history.
